Course material not loading
There are many reasons course material may not load properly. Here are some steps to try when the material is not loading or you see a blank screen.
1. Make sure you are using an approved web browser.
For PC Computers: Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox(preferred)
For Apple Computers: Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox(preferred)
2. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player

3. Clear you cache and cookies
Internet Explorer

Safari 8 or 9

- Close all
Safari browsers.
- Open a
new Safari browser.
- Click Safari > Clear
History.
- Select all
history or all time.
- Click Clear
History. (Note: This may take a few minutes to
process. Please wait for the files to delete before continuing.)

Safari 6 or 7
|
- Close all
Safari browsers.
- Open a
new Safari browser.
- Click Safari > Preferences.
- In the Preferences window,
click Advanced.
- Select the
check box for Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- Close the
Preferences window.
- Click Develop (at
the top of the screen in the menu bar) > Empty
Caches. (Note: This may take a few minutes to process.
Please wait for the files to delete before continuing.)
- Reopen the
Preferences window, then click Privacy.
- Click
the Remove All Website Data button.
- Click Remove
Now.

- Close all

- Open a
new Safari browser.
- Click Safari
> Preferences.
- In the
Preferences window, click Privacy.
- Click
the Remove All Website Data button.
- Click Remove

- Open a
new Safari browser.
- In Mac OS
X: Click Safari > Empty Cache. In
Windows: Press Ctrl + Alt + E.
- Click Empty.

- Open the Preferences window. In
Mac OS X: Click Safari >Preferences. In
Windows: Click Edit or Settings > Preferences.
- In
the Preferences window, click Security.
- Click
the Show Cookies button.
- Click
the Remove All button, and then click Done.
