Course material not loading

There are many reasons course material may not load properly. Here are some steps to try when the material is not loading or you see a blank screen.

1. Make sure you are using an approved web browser.
      For PC Computers: Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox(preferred)
      For Apple Computers: Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox(preferred)

2. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player
      Download the latest version HERE

3. Clear you cache and cookies 
      Internet Explorer
      Google Chrome
      FireFox
     
      Safari
      

Safari 8 or 9

  1. Close all Safari browsers.
  2. Open a new Safari browser.
  3. Click Safari > Clear History.
  4. Select all history or all time.
  5. Click Clear History. (Note: This may take a few minutes to process. Please wait for the files to delete before continuing.)

Safari 6 or 7

  1. Close all Safari browsers.
  2. Open a new Safari browser.
  3. Click Safari > Preferences.
  4. In the Preferences window, click Advanced.
  5. Select the check box for Show Develop menu in menu bar.
  6. Close the Preferences window.
  7. Click Develop (at the top of the screen in the menu bar) > Empty Caches. (Note: This may take a few minutes to process. Please wait for the files to delete before continuing.)
  8. Reopen the Preferences window, then click Privacy.
  9. Click the Remove All Website Data button.
  10. Click Remove Now.

Safari 5.1 or Later

  1. Close all Safari browsers.
  2. Open a new Safari browser.
  3. Click Safari > Preferences.
  4. In the Preferences window, click Privacy.
  5. Click the Remove All Website Data button.
  6. Click Remove Now.

Safari 5 or Earlier

  1. Close all Safari browsers.
  2. Open a new Safari browser.
  3. In Mac OS X: Click Safari > Empty Cache. In Windows: Press Ctrl Alt + E.
  4. Click Empty. (Note: This may take a few minutes to process. Please wait for the files to delete before continuing.)
  5. Open the Preferences window. In Mac OS X: Click Safari >Preferences. In Windows: Click Edit or Settings > Preferences.
  6. In the Preferences window, click Security.
  7. Click the Show Cookies button.
  8. Click the Remove All button, and then click Done.
