Accelerate Education - Help Desk Tutorial Clearing Browser Cache

Windows / Mac ‐ Chrome

1. Click into the Options dropdown menu
2. Click History
3. Click the History that populates to the left

4. Click Clear browsing data

5. Make sure the Time range is set to All time
6. Make sure Cached images and files is checked
7. Click Clear data


Windows / Mac - Firefox

1. Click into the Firefox dropdown menu in the upper left

2. Click into the Library menu

3. Click History

4. Click Clear Recent History

5. Make sure Time range to clear: is set to Everything
7. Make sure only Cache is checked
8. Click OK



Mac - Safari

1. Click History
2. Click Clear History...

3. Set clear to All History
4. Click Clear History


iPad

  1. Open the “Settings” app on iPhone or iPad
  2. iOS Settings Icon








2. Scroll down to “Safari” and choose that

3. Navigate down in Safari settings to tap on “Clear History and Website Data"

4. Tap to confirm hat you want to “Clear History and Data” to clear cache from Safari


Android

Settings > Apps > Click on Internet Browser > Storage > Clear Cache

1. Click on the Settings icon

2. Scroll down to Apps

3. Locate your Internet browser (Samsung Internet, Chrome, Etc.)

4. Click Storage

5. Click Clear Cache

6. Click Delete
